STUDY ON THE CONGESTION CONTROLLER FOR TIMEDELAY NETWORKED CONTROL SYSTEMS WITH EXTERNAL DISTURBANCES

A successive approximation approach (SAA) is developed to obtain a new congestion controller for the singularly perturbed time-delay networked control systems affected by external disturbances.
